RK Solutions LLC ("RK Solutions," "NovaCheck," "we," "us," or "our") provides email validation services through NovaCheck. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices and rights you may have.

When you create or use an account, we may collect information such as:
Authentication is handled by Clerk. We do not store your account password directly.
If you purchase a paid plan, billing and payment processing are handled by Stripe. We may store billing-related identifiers and subscription status, but we do not store full payment card numbers.
When you use the NovaCheck API, you may submit email addresses for validation. We process submitted email addresses only to provide the validation service.
NovaCheck API usage records do not store submitted email addresses. To improve speed, reduce duplicate validation work, and help avoid unnecessary usage charges for customers, validation results may be stored in an encrypted cache for up to 24 hours.
